With over 15 years of experience in risk management, complex investigations, and intelligence, Sam Johnson founded Sam Johnson Inc., a Toronto-based corporate intelligence and risk advisory firm serving global corporations and multi-jurisdictional legal teams.

Sam’s work sits at the intersection of corporate intelligence, protective intelligence, and executive risk. His experience includes investment and reputational due diligence, complex background intelligence, internal and workplace matters, behavioural threat assessment, sensitive investigations, and discreet field operations. He is also retained by counsel in selected complex matters requiring intelligence, investigative judgment, or operational support.

Holding a Master of Arts in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies from the University of Toronto, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and English from York University, Sam combines academic depth with extensive practical expertise. As a licensed investigator authorized by the Ministry of the Solicitor General, he ensures every engagement is executed with discretion, precision, and results.
